Based on 58 ReviewsHinnant Family Vineyards and Winery, the largest muscadine vineyard in North Carolina with more than 100 acres, is truly a tradition in the making. For more than 30 years, the Hinnant Family has dedicated countless hours into cultivating the best quality muscadine grapes in the state.
Wine tastings are held throughout the day seven days a week every 15 minutes. There is a fee for wine tastings. Take a tour of the vineyard at no charge. Stop by the tasting room and gift shop to buy your favorite Hinnant wines, fruit juices, jellies, and specialty foods. Pick-your-own or buy grapes direct from the vineyard in August; check with the vineyard for harvest dates.
Hinnant Family Vineyard is group-friendly and is a stop along the Johnston County Beer, Wine, and Shine Trail. It is also a part of the Girls Weekend and Sip and Stay hotel packages offered at area hotels.
