The founders of TickleMyRibs opened the doors with the idea of making traditional Carolina BBQ with a new modern twist. We started by creating our own signature meat rubs and seasonings and by firing up the hickory wood smokers. Then we created 4 different types of BBQ sauces so that people from all over the Carolinas could enjoy our BBQ in their own preferred style.
