Chuck's was opened in 2011 by Raleigh restaurateur Ashley Christiansen and serves unique, 1/2 lb. gourmet burgers made with house-ground chuck, delicious ingredients and piping hot french fries. Fancy yet simple food in a non-fancy Southern atmosphere.
