Hello friends! On a recent trip to the Outer Banks, Kevin and I got inspired and challenged ourselves to explore all 41 State Parks in North Carolina. I plan to take photographs (and some video footage) and blog about each place we go! Kevin is already super outdoorsy, but we both have a lot to learn. Our end goal is the Mountains to Sea Trail, so each camping/hiking trip will be a stepping stone in getting us ready for hiking from the Great Smoky Mountains all the way to Jockey’s Ridge. To be honest, I’m not sure if I’ll ever be ready for that, but in the meantime we’re taking it one state park at a time.
