Located in the historic Post Office in upown Shelby, the Arts Center provides year-round, special exhibits, classes, and occasionally, performing arts. Regional artists supply the gift shop with unique items and gifts.
The Arts Center sponsors the Real to Reel International Film Festival held every July and the Art of Sound Music Festival held in September.
