High Country Candles has been creating hand-carved candle masterpieces here in Blowing Rock for 30 years. When they are working in their shop, you can see them hand-carve, twist and mold their candles into intricate, multicolored designs that last a lifetime. All of their candles are pigmented, scented and poured handmade in the store. In addition to their carved candles they offer votives, tapered, pillar, and jar candles with intricate colors and scents. With more than 80 scents to choose from, there is a candle in the store for everyone. Part of the Blue Ridge Heritage Craft Trail.
