Super crust for this pizza - light and airy but also with substance. Crisp on the outside with a tender inside. The sauce is perfect - not too intrusive but also accents whatever's on the pizza. One of their signature dishes is the buffalo sirloin cooked anyway you like it! Stop in for the homemade buffalo chili and ask about the Snowy River bison! The Brick is worth the drive!

Everything is made from fresh ingredients. The pizza dough, marinara sauce, even the salad dressings are made in-house.
