For the authentic experience and history of moonshine in Johnston County, visit Broadslab Distillery. Take a tour to learn about the all natural, handcrafted, premium products and how they are made ""from dirt to bottle,"" by fifth generation moonshiner Jeremy Norris. Moonshine products available to taste and purchase include Broadslab Legacy Shine, Broadslab Legacy Reserve, Carolina Coast Spiced Rum, Carolina Coast Silver Rum, and Broadslab Legacy Appleshine.
Tour cost is $12 and includes a tasting and shot glass. Visitors must be at least 21 years old for tastings. In addition, Broadslab's tasting room holds events most Friday and Saturday nights with live music, food trucks, and a Broadslab-centric drink menu!
