JvD is a family-owned estate winery producing classic dry French style wines from our 30-acre vineyard on the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This beautiful place with spectacular views of the vineyard and mountains began in 2007 and now includes not only great wines for your enjoyment, but a full-size concert stage showcasing world class musicians, singers and songwriters and an event hall that features renowned NC chefs at our monthly Sunday afternoon Sip & Savor wine dinners. Enjoy a sampling of six wines in our lovely tasting room or schedule a seated tasting and tour for eight or more in our reserve room. If you just want to relax and enjoy a bottle of wine, the atmosphere and music, our patio is the perfect place for you!
