Our flagship Thirsty Monk opened in downtown Asheville in early 2008, and has since grown to include two floors of plentiful beer options for your enjoyment. The Patton Ave. level is a bright and lively space that features American craft beers, with 20 constantly rotating tap lines. High ceilings and an outdoor porch provide a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for having a beer while you watch the always interesting goings-on in the heart of downtown Asheville. Or, take the stairs down to the basement level where you’ll find the Belgian Bar. The stone walls, rustic wood and leather couches invite you to relax and take your time enjoying the 16 Belgian, European and rare beers on draught. An extensive bottle cooler has plenty of options for everyone to imbibe on site or take home, including plenty of limited edition and rare sours and Belgians. Both floors offer a delicious pub food menu.
