The Burnsville office of the TRAC gallery has an exhibit area where local artists are showcased monthly. Receptions during each exhibit offer the public an opportunity to meet and talk with the artists. The gallery gift shops feature work from over 100 artists in a variety of media: clay, glass, jewelry, painting, photography, fiber, wood, sculpture, mixed media, and more. The gift shop offers the finest quality, handmade locally art and crafts. We also offer a gift registry and gift certificates for all occasions.
The Toe River Arts Council (TRAC) is a non-profit organization founded in 1976 to promote the arts in Mitchell and Yancey Counties. By buying locally, you are not only supporting the Arts Council but the community in which we live and work -- and you visit!
