Byrd's Branch Campground RV Park

Byrd's Branch Campground and Country Store is uniquely located along the NC Mountain-to-Sea Trail as it meanders southward into Elkin. Comfortable, quiet RV parking and separate primitive camping section. FHU sites, W/E sites, fire pits, & picnic tables. You can visit our Country Store onsite to restock your camping and hiking supplies, but there is also a Walmart close by.
From the campground, you can hike minutes to Carter Falls or to Grassy Creek Vineyards and Winery. We're also surrounded by 40 additional area wineries within the Yadkin Valley Wine Region (AVA), and are 20 minutes from Stone Mountain State Park. Downtown Elkin is also only 10 minutes away, offering shopping, restaurants, Saturday morning farmers market, river access for kayaks/canoes, and night life. Elkin's municipal park near downtown also offers hiking, biking and mountain bike trails, tennis, & pool.
