Rumba on the Lumber 2025

The Rumba on the Lumber is all about having a weekend of family fun in downtown Lumberton, NC.  We begin on Friday, March 7, with the Friday Food Truck Extravaganza, featuring dozens of food trucks around downtown Lumberton's Dick Taylor Plaza.  That evening we feature the music of Fayetteville's LotusSun.
Saturday, March 8, is a full day of Festival event.  We begin with the UNC Health 5K/10K and Fun Mile races and runs.  Then the Festival itself opens at 10:00AM, featuring craft and food vendors from North & South Carolina; a KidsZone of active events- from bounce houses to a climbing wall; music on the Plaza featuring Krystal King, Ron Jefferson, and The Second Time Around Band; the Coors Banquet North of the Border Chili Cook-Off, with music by Smitty and the JumpStarters; and the Lumbee River EMC Touch-a-Truck.  Literally we have something for everyone in your family to enjoy!
