The Viking Experience 2025

Get ready, all you Vikings, for The Viking Experience Festival, coming to life over the last two weekends in March! This one-of-a-kind festival is a celebration of Viking culture and fun, featuring over 30 talented cast members in full character. There’s something for everyone in the family to enjoy!

Highlights include the “Adventure Quest”, where you follow clues and interact with the cast to solve mysteries. You can go “Dragon Hunting” or protect the dragon and its territory. The Fight Pit (Ages 7+) and the Adult “Shield Wall Class” provide Viking Training based in fairness and safety, while the Mead Experience provides an introduction to the beverage of choice for many a Viking. Or step away from the Vikings and take in the Mermaid Experience where you can have a meet, greet and photo ops with mermaids. And the beat part, you can take these and other events and programs and craft your very own experience.

You don’t need to have Viking heritage to enjoy this epic weekend. Whether you're a history buff, a family looking for fun, or just someone who loves a good story, there’s something for everyone.
