This month has been kicking my bum in terms of time management and project deadlines. Writing a blog post about my time with reverence.farms was a nice reminder to me how important it is to  slow down. Be present. Next time you are lucky enough to enjoy farm-to-table dining, please reflect on all the souls that made your meal possible. The farmer who produced the food and cared for the livestock. The 🐔 livestock 🐂 themselves. The chef and staff. Even the soil that we take for granted has played a role in our meals. It's hard not to feel reverence when you marvel at these details.
